      WildFish is located in the heart of downtown Arlington Heights, WILDFISH delivers the concept of contemporary Japanese dining by fusing traditional and urban cultures. Wildfish has been known to be a hidden gem as it is tucked away in the corner of downtown Arlington Heights. Wildfish’s establishment in 2001 paved the way for its sister restaurants in Deerfield and Batavia.

Executive chef Shu, has been learning the art of sushi for 8 years. The versatile menu is a reflection of his years of experience. He incorporates a fusion of Korean and Japanese influences to create a unique blend of flavors. Shu shared that his inspiration comes from the enjoyment found in eating. To Shu, food is a medium that introduces not only new and different tastes, but also exposure to various cultures.      There’s something for everyone, both beginners and experts. You can start off with house favorites such as beef asparagus rolls, and sunomono and lead you way to the specialty rolls such as special spicy tuna and green dragon. From there, if you’re bold enough try the wide selection of fresh sushi, but for those that aren’t quite ready, try the sea bass and filet mignon entrees.
